WOW! How blessed we are... we are living through such incredible times and are taking part in a radical transformation of humanity and life on this precious earth. Never before have we had so much support available to keep ourselves as steady as possible as we navigate the stormy seas of personal and collective evolution. With the "correct" medicine, resourcing and appropriate forms of space-holding, we can each of us play our part, big and small, in ensuring kindness, caring, and integrity remain central to humanity's story of evolution.
You reside within the Palace of Your Being.
However, it is understandable that when confronted by fear, confusion, stories of limitation, you might find yourself pulled out of the sanctuary of your inner chamber and into high towers of aloof abstraction/distraction, or down into the dank dark cellars of disillusionment, or into any of your other rooms that carry aspects of who you are but aspects that are in someway lesser, corrupted, wounded.
When seated in your centre you can tap into your sovereignty, hear your body's wisdom, feel the vibration of your truth, and respond to life with openness, clarity and compassion. So please enter THIS Palace which humbly seeks to remind you that you are indeed a majestic, powerful being residing in your very own Palace of Being.
Be & Breathe Freely offerings are an eclectic exploration to enrich our experience of life by encouraging a deepening of embodiment, empowerment, erotic-flow and the witnessing/allowing of our natural state of enlightenment.
The "Palace Doors" Open at 9:30am for a 9:45am start. (London Time Zone)
Medicines offered over the ten sessions (i.e one or two of these in each session) will include Integrative Breathwork, Intuitive Healing, Kundalini Yoga, Tantric Flow, and Shamanic practices.
Please note we may sometimes explore sacred sexuality, yet the sessions won't be sexual, naked nor is there an invitation for voyeurism.
You are welcome to attend in all of your humanness, vulnerability, strength, and however you identify in regard to gender or expression... there is a place for you here. And I ask that we all enter the space with an energy of mutual acceptance, respect and self-accountability to support safety.

As I have been asked by a few who have attended these sessions to create the possibility of exchange here are a few suggestions as to what you might offer in return for attendance. (And please note, you don't HAVE to offer ANYTHING, your presence is appreciated and your willingness to simply receive is a gift in itself.)

Diving in deeperIf you felt nourished or in anyway benefitted by the relatively short free session, please consider booking a 121 session with me to deepen your experience. This could be breathwork specific, or any of the services shared on this website. I am also open to offering private online group sessions as a paid-for service for your group using any chosen theme. You may also wish to attend paid-for group sessions as and when they are available.

Important Information For your online experience...
The Zoom waiting area opens at 9:30am for a 9:45am start; I invite that you use this time to set up and ease into your space, feel into any intentions for your breathwork session and should you wish to do so you can say hello to your fellow breathers and share your intentions in the chat box.
Please note that as we drop straight into the session at 9:45am, I am unable to manually admit anyone after that time so I would advise logging into the call earlier rather than later, even if you then keep your camera off and continue preparing in your own way.
I ask that we have our cameras on if at all possible to promote a sense of safety and connection for the whole group AND I do respect your choice not to do so (and acknowledge that connection issues sometimes don't allow for this) so if your camera isn't switched on I won't be asking you in the moment to rectify that.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE IN A PRIVATE SPACE THAT OTHERS WON"T ENTER DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER
I highly recommend using wireless headphones if possible, wired are preferable to none but might restrict movement, and of course, your presence without any headphones is preferable to you not being there! Headphones simply allow for a more satisfying experience regarding hearing both the music and my voice; and perhaps more importantly, they provide a sense of privacy and safety, especially for those who choose to ask any questions or speak about their experience in the sharing circle.
As we are in the hands of the internet and technology gods during online sessions it may be helpful to make note of these guidelines. If we lose sound during the breathe stay in your experience and keep the breath flowing, use the silence to support you in feeling even more acutely all that arises for you moment by moment. I will be doing all I can to reconnect sound whilst staying present to you too.
If we lose internet connection, please gently bring yourself out of the experience; if we are engaged in Integrative Breathwork or any other pranayama gradually slow down your breath and use nose breathing until you feel ready to open your eyes, sit up and move on into your day. Know that I will find a way to connect in with you to check that you are okay. This might be via email; or by posting on the event page on Facebook for example. And of course, if the connection issue is at my end, it may be later in the day once the issue is resolved.
If you have any questions or comments I invite that you make them on the Facebook Page as the likelihood is, someone else will have the same question even if they didn't realise it until you asked :)
